In-App Account Deletion

You can also trigger account deletion directly inside the FitPesa mobile application:

Open the FitPesa App on your device.
Go to Profile Settings → Privacy & Security.
Tap Delete My Account and confirm your passcode/OTP.

Data Handling & Retention

Upon account deletion:

Deleted Immediately: Name, email, mobile number, step/location logs, and avatar profiles.
Retained Data: Anonymized transaction records required for tax, financial auditing, or fraud prevention compliance (held for up to 5 years as required by law).
