How do I earn FITP tokens?

Earn FITP through walking, daily check-ins, posting on FitLovers, referrals, and watching rewarded ads.

Is there a minimum balance requirement?

Yes. Users must maintain a minimum balance of 1,000 FITP in their account.

Can I withdraw FITP to local currency?

Yes. Supported regions include: Nigeria (OPay), Uganda (Airtel / MoMo), Kenya & Tanzania (M-Pesa). Southern Africa currently supports marketplace usage only.

Is the conversion rate fixed?

No. FITP operates on a dynamic conversion rate which may change based on platform economics and processor conditions.

Are there withdrawal fees?

Yes. Withdrawal and processor fees apply and are deducted during conversion.

Why is my withdrawal delayed?

Withdrawals rely on third-party payment processors. Delays may occur due to network congestion, compliance checks, or processor downtime. Typical processing time is 24–72 hours.
